EarthViewer from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute - and the price is right (free)
While not a replacement for serious study, it is fun and might ignite a bit of curiosity - particularly in kids. It is based on real science, which will make it unacceptable to creationist and most Republicans. I suspect they'll produce the NoahsArkViewer.
