Bart notes an estimate on those who may be called "freeloaders" - the 47% figure is badly overblown as we've all known. Someone this non-empirical is impossible to imagine in business, so one must guess he was driven by lying to those who might be receptive.
A better question may be how much of Romney's wealth is the result of tax and other benefits that were encoded into law by his class and for his class... what percentage of his wealth is parasitic? He was very very good at gaming the system and not maximizing social good at the same time.
