Bike trailers tend to be on the spendy side -- for many a rear wheel rack is sufficint, but as loads grow you need more. The Little Red Trailer may be more than good enough for many people. It isn't perfect as noted in this review, but it may be just the ticket for those short trips to the grocery store. It is great this part of the market is being addressed.
If you are into serious hauling there are more robust trailers (at a much higher cost!) that will handle better and you might consider a dedicated cargo bike.
