Canondale once made some very strange concept bikes, but in recent years they've been less adventureous. But this year they returned to the unusual with this one...
No fork or chain and a dynamically adjustable headset that moves to put the rider in the optimal position while maintianing the seat to crank height...
The contracted Priority Design to turn it into a working prototype. It would be interesting to see how this actually works in practice...
