A vegan diet isn't for everyone as it requires quite a bit of thought to do properly. I'm just a vegetarian as I eat some milk products (ice cream is a very important item:-), but I have a lot of vegan dishes.

Good vegan cooking is growing rapdily and some feel it may be one of the next areas to receive the attention of the world's best chefs as it is largely unexplored territory with a wealth of flavor potential.
