Using an airbag to remove the helmetness of cycling. They pass the safety tests in Sweden, but are very spendy at about 4000SEK (about $600 at the current exchange rate) and are only available in Sweden and the UK at this point. lots of questions...

In Northern Europe few people wear helmets and the death and injury rates are far lower than in the US. Of course cycling is much more popular there - most of the motorists are also cyclists, speeds in cities are lower and in some countries (the Netherlands for example) a car is assumed to be at fault in a collision with a bike or a person (also a bike is assumed to be at fault in a collision with a pedestrian).
But if this became popular and could sell in the million plus range with mfg in the Far East, it is probably something that would go for under $200...
