future guessing is so terrible that perhaps folks get lucky about some things...
The carob cake is wonderful. I got lucky on the first shot and probably won't change it much. Sukie said she'd like a frosting and I was thinking of the caramel/coconut/nut type of frosting you see on German Chocolate Cakes.
