bandwidth discussion

There is a lot of confusion about the notion of bandwidth and what caps are ... here is a basic level discussion with Dan Jasper, Christopher Mitchell, Reid Fishler and Benoit Felten.  (disclaimer is I know Benoit) recently appeared on TWiT.
