If you have an iPad and draw anything, you need to get Paper. Only out for about two weeks now, it has perhaps the most fluid interface I've seen on a drawing program in many years - perhaps ever. It is limited in capability, but that doesn't matter as it is really good at a very useful subset of sketching.
