a dreamer

A 2.000 mph land speed record run..

For a variety of reasons I would give this guy a zero percent chance of meeting his goal - or even half of it - but dreamers are often impressive to watch and this one has managed to accumluate an impressive amount of kit - wow - two XLR99 motors and fuel tanks from a Redstone rocket.  I wonder if people would be allowed to buy stuff like that these days?
