small claims court flashmobs

We've been part of several class action suits.  The net result is usually millions for the lawyers and mostly nothing to the original consumers.

This is an interesting approach - the use of small claims court to remove the lawyer advantage of large companies.  If the approach works I'm sure it will be made illegal somehow as it would represent a shift of power to the consumer.
