focus those glasses

About a year ago I linked to a John Tierney piece on adjustable focus glasses.  Last week I saw a pair of TruFocals and the user, an openly geekish guy,  liked them.  There is a definite form and function issue and they are spendy - although they are only about 10% more expensive than my current pair of glasses.  A very clever design...
