I caught this On Point podcast on ice cream while rowing this morning ... for those of you who love the stuff.
Homemade can be wonderful - here Colleen gets the honor of licking the dasher. When asked her favorite flavor she replied "ice cream"
Friend Steve and I used to do some serious ice cream making when we didn't worry about health issues so much. I managed to perfect the concept of the milkshake in the process.
