telemna is five

Telemna, our crazy silvermitt female ferret, is five today.  The photo shows her at about 6 months.

Silvermitts have a reputation for being strange even for ferrets and Telemna is near offscale.  This morning she woke me up at 5:15 with her piano playing.  She has a toy piano and loves to hit the keys - here is a very old youtube video.  She is a much better pianist now, but it is difficult to make videos.  One of these days we'll put up something better.

(note:  the video was taken with a point and shoot with terrible sound and lighting - the carpet is also covered with ferret food from one of the guys dumping a bowl a few minutes before)
