I like the idea of playing a didgeridoo to treat asthma. If you measured the volume of air that you breathed each minute you would probably find that you were breathing closer to normal people (asthmatics breathe about two and a half times as much air as healthy people do.)

For people who don't want to play the didgeridoo the best idea is still to breathe through your nose (circular breathing as in the didgeridoo) and don't breathe too much. If you want even more instructions you could visit my site.
